I am a 500-hour Yoga Alliance USA certified instructor, passionate about guiding individuals toward mental clarity, physical strength, and inner peace. With a Post Graduate degree in Yogic Science and a Master’s in Sociology, I blend ancient wisdom with modern insights to create holistic healing experiences.

Community and Social Leadership

As President of Sada Bhawana Sewa Nepal and former coordinator at Service For Peace Nepal, I lead initiatives that foster unity, empowerment, and global impact through volunteer projects worldwide.
